Dr. Mohammed bin Fayel Al-Araimi is a distinguished expert in innovation, institutional transformation, and leadership development, with more than 20 years of combined academic and professional experience across the public and private sectors in the Sultanate of Oman and the region.

He holds a PhD in Management and Development Policy from the University of Manchester (UK), an MBA, and multiple professional certifications in leadership development, creative thinking (CoRT), executive coaching, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Throughout his career, Dr. Al-Araimi has held senior academic and leadership roles, including Assistant Professor, Director of Decision Support and Research Centers, and Head of strategic and training units at the Institute of Public Administration.

Dr. Al-Araimi has played a key role in the development and implementation of several national strategies and initiatives, most notably the National Innovation Strategy and institutional performance and governance frameworks aligned with Oman Vision 2040. His expertise spans leadership capacity building, human capital development, innovation culture, and strategic decision-making.

 

He is also the author of specialized publications, a certified international speaker, and a trusted advisor to government entities and organizations seeking sustainable excellence, innovation-driven growth, and institutional resilience.
