Amr Esmail Abd Al Rahman is a senior legal consultant and corporate lawyer with more than 15 years of progressive experience. He has led legal teams at prominent law firms, delivering strategic advice that bridges complex legal frameworks and real business objectives.
Experience
He currently leads the legal team at Dured Alsadoun Advocates and Legal Consultants in Oman (since 2024), advising on regulatory compliance — with particular depth in the food-products sector, including consumer protection, labelling, and health and safety — and overseeing the drafting, review, and audit of contracts, bylaws, and agreements. Earlier he served as Senior Legal Consultant and Team Leader at Mohanna Al-Mandhari Law Firm in Oman, and as a Legal Advisor to the Egyptian State Council, where he supported digital transformation and was repeatedly recognised for outstanding service.

His expertise spans Omani commercial law, labour law, and consumer-protection law, alongside contract drafting and audit, regulatory compliance and risk management, negotiation, and dispute resolution — including international and electronic arbitration and FIDIC construction contracts. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, Mansoura University (Egypt), and has completed specialised programmes in international arbitration (Arab Institute for Legal Studies, Oman), dispute resolution in FIDIC contracts, electronic arbitration, sustainable finance and the circular economy, and an MBA training course in business management and strategy.
